Fall Fun

The leaves are falling, the temperature is dropping, and I’ve been spending all my extra time watching football games and football highlights. Good news everyone, it means Fall has arrived!

Now, I know some people hate Fall, they cry as summer slowly fades away and flip flops and summer dresses are quickly put into the backs of closets everywhere. Me, I love Fall. What’s better than sweaters and boots? Nothing right? Sorry, I’m getting fashion carried away. What I’m trying to say is Fall is here and Spartz Media is taking full advantage of all it has to offer.

I already mentioned that the office has put together a Fantasy Football league which I may or may not be dominating…okay, I’m in third now I’m not winning, you caught me. We love our Fantasy league but it just wasn’t cutting it for us. Our competitive blood was boiling and we wanted to score some points ourselves.

So, of course, we took a long lunch break, changed into our best football attire (Notre Dame Fighting Irish gear obviously) and set out to an empty park to play a game of two-hand touch football. Teams were picked and the ball was hiked. I may be a girl, I may be little, I may be slow, I may not be able to jump high, I may not be able to catch the ball, but I was good! Once again you caught me, I was awful. But, I did have fun! Luckily for you Gaby took a couple pictures.

I’m sorry there aren’t more pictures. It’s just that we were running too fast it was hard for Gaby to take pictures!

Now, onto more fun fall activities, PUMPKIN CARVING! Everyone at the office got a pumpkin, picked a design and carved away.

Here are some of the pictures and some of my favorite pumpkins from the office:

And yes, there is a Tech Intern Ross pumpkin…

Gaby also made the Nyan Cat Pumpkin she carved into something very special.

If I haven’t given you enough reasons to love Fall then this really must not be your season. If you already do love Fall, send us pictures of your favorite pumpkins and of other fun fall activities.

Make sure you check out all of our football and pumpkin carving pictures in our album.
Have a happy fall!
