• Q   Who is eligible for the internship? Are you recruiting certain majors?
• A   We’re accepting applications from Recent Grads (Class of 2013) Seniors (Class of 2014) and Juniors (Class of 2015). All majors are eligible. Interns will join one of the following teams:

  1. Data & Research

  2. Marketing

  2. Website Quality Assurance

• Q   Is the internship paid? How are living expenses covered?
• A   Yes. We believe hard work deserves fair pay. We want to make sure no one is discouraged from applying on account of their economic background. Interns will receive a living stipend that should cover housing, food, and transportation.

• Q   What will interns be doing?
• A   The 10 – 12 week internship program will include training, workshops, a few fun outings in Chicago (it’s a surprise), personal mentorship from company leaders, and of course, working on interesting projects for Spartz.

• Q   Is there a chance of receiving a full-time offer?
• A   Yes. We hope to extend offers to top interns at the end of their internship.

• Q   How do I apply? What’s the process?
• A   Apply straight through our careers page. We’ll ask for an updated resume and some biographical information. No worries, you won’t need a letter of recommendation. We know those are a pain.
